Analyst Competency Testing

It is an FDA requirement for pharmaceutical laboratories to demonstrate adequacy of training for all laboratory personnel. Although it is not a requirement for each analyst to perform “blind” sample analysis (analysis of unknowns), FDA regulators agree that it is the most defensible argument for completeness of training and analyst competency. ERA is pleased to offer a suite of standard catalog tests for analyst competency as well as a custom products group capable of developing and administering blind sample analysis for virtually any analytical requirement you have. ERA provides the sample to the laboratory (or specific analyst) complete with instructions for analysis and data reporting. After receipt of results, ERA performs a statistical evaluation, reports pass/fail results, and issues certificates for successful performance.
